WalkingPad X25 Folding Treadmill

Very convenient, easy to fold up. Quiet and smooth.

I am 66, wife 65. Purchase was to combat extreme weather, stray dogs, etc. I walk an average of one hour a day, wife about 20-30 minutes. We couldn't be happier with purchase. As promised, arrived ready to go out of the box. Easy to set up, turn on and go. All switches, knobs and adjustments work per instructions. Cord insertion into device seems sturdy so far, and that's plugging in, unplugging once per day. It did need to be oiled (included) at first use, but no idea how long this sat in storage before it shipped. Even at that, there was some squeaking first few days, but was gone after about a week. Some caveats - it is a bit heavy, and while I can move it around (carefully) relatively easily, I doubt the wife could. The wheels are also very tiny. It rolls well on tile but not on mats or carpet. Probably the two biggest improvements I'd like to see are bigger wheels and a longer power cord. The included cord is about 7 feet. A 10 ft cord would have given me lots of other places I could set up. But as is, worth the investment. I would buy again.

Great customer support. I ordered this walking pad without checking the size / weight and without measuring my available space. On arrival, I realized it would not fit so reached out to request a return. The process was fast and easy. I would recommend this company on the basis of their customer support, and I'm sure the treadmill would be great too for someone with more space (the width was the problem for me).

Great quality, easy to set up, easy to use. I ordered and ultimately returned for reasons that might be helpful to other purchasers. I bought to use as a walking pad while working and treadmill for runs at home. It weighs 100lbs and the top bar is tall, so folding and storing between uses is difficult. The wheels are only useful to move it in one direction, so you can't store it horizontally under a couch or bed - only long way facing out which limits options. This also won't fit under a standing desk for many people because the bar doesn't adjust. I'm 5'10 so it worked for my desk height but just barely. I also found that after each unfolding I would have to adjust the belt to the correct position. My point to all this is that the "folding" function does not really make this take up less space. It will work best in a mostly dedicated treadmill space and you need to fold it up from time to time against a wall. Also, bring a tape measure to your space and check the dimensions using the product info. The photos on the page are not accurate unless the guy running on it is eight feet tall. It is a large, full size treadmill when unfolded. How it works - pretty great. I did one walk and one run at 6.5mph. It felt sturdy and ran smoothly at all speeds. There was plenty of room to run with a natural stride and I didn't feel the crease where the belt folded. I would recommend a vibration-absorbing pad underneath and using it on a ground floor. I found it to be too loud while walking to use during work but I am easily distracted. The return process was very easy. Customer service responded quickly and was helpful. No hoops to jump through.

I've had it for about 2 weeks, and I really like it. I have VERY limited space in my home, and this works for me. The X25 folds up very small, and it is truly easy to fold back up after each use. It takes maybe 20 seconds to fold or unfold. The treadmill is definitely robust enough for me to full-out run on, and 9 mph is plenty fast for me. I would have preferred to have an incline option, but sometimes you can't have everything :) This was the best treadmill option for my needs, and I'm happy. Five stars!
